Ground floor rooms available, with hot and cold water dispenser and iron available. Strategic location near 7-Eleven and local minimarts. Nearby 24H KFC and Petronas petrol pump.

the village-like atmosphere with its cozy design and surrounding plants created a pleasant and relaxing ambiance. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, offering shuttle transportation from Kota Bharu's airport as well as a free taxi to the jetty in the morning. the location was ideal, only a short 5-minute drive to the Kuala Besut Jetty. the reception staff even helped us find accommodation on Perhentian Island.

The room, although not exceptional, was spacious enough for four people and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Cons: Nothing all good 👍.

We had a one night stay at Iz Village in Kampung Kuala Besut. Despite arriving late at 10pm, the room was clean and the communication with staff was good. We appreciated the free transport to the jetty the next morning, and the staff at the jetty were informed of our presence, allowing us to board the first boat to the Perhentian Islands. the receptionist was friendly and helpful, even lending us a fruit knife. the location of the hotel was strategic, with nearby convenience stores and a 24-hour KFC. the wide parking space was suitable for our MPV, and the village-like environment in the morning was refreshing.
